Sorry, I wasn’t clear. The invoices are not in Excel format. They are physical paper receipts/invoices that I receive from stores, and my goal is to extract the data and analyze it later in Excel.

In that case, you can try the pytesseract library for OCR, after which you parse the details and output as CSV export.
