We were actually inspired by how Pepe has been used across crypto communities as a cultural language it was a way to communicate, engage and build a sense of community around something much bigger than the meme itself. We borrowed that idea for Quai long back and moved on from it. The recent memes are just community built and nothing serious about it tbh.
