Why? You can just have another faucet from your side and community should be able to use it.

I think both hartii and bazarr are on testnet. So it's easily possible imo.
As far as I remember, hartii gallery already has a launchpad. So, it will be easy to do imo. I have contacted ibo, will let you know when he replies.
