I have a query regarding the bonus milestone . In Step 3, where we have to create an AI Agent using Vertex AI . When we login to the console , I activate my billing account and did all the steps for creating agents , when we run the command for working of agents and give input "hi" , it throws error showing create your billing account . I dont know why i'm getting this error .
