The node operator (if the node is not itself ran on TEE compliant hardware) could go for tremendous (and expensive !) amounts of work and maybe access via kernel of the node the running processes… like on any hyperscaler node. There are no saved data/information that the node operator could directly access without serios investment. The only information the node operator can see are encrypted bits of information, hashes, signatures and key handles (but not the values themselves). This his how the Ratio1 is designed Yet one could write some app, start with some attached volume and write unencrypted data in it (it would still benfit from things like decentralized encrypted volume storage but the node operator would see the information given the app was poorly designed and against the framework design patterns) (Nevertheless node operators are permissioned and kyb/c-ed)
