PoAI is pure business - it does not come from inflation/minting. Somebody pays for it. Those somebody are the Cloud Service Providers, the entities that are allowed to deploy jobs on the Ratio1 protocol. They pay for the jobs they run on nodes via escrow smart contracts. As @alessandrodef mentioned, just the nodes that have jobs running on their machines get PoAI rewards paid by the Cloud Service Providers deploying on them.
