I see five different Energy / Climate Change quangos! - But Climate Change has now reached a tipping point where Governments can withdraw and allow the free market to take over. - But, at the moment Government interference is stopping private sector investment to take over. Energy has become a political football; what we really need is a few shocks to the system, and a mass movement to shout the nany state MPs down.
