Why not place these little monsters in a purpose built re-education camp out west? They can be trained in the fine arts of gardening (no sharp instruments), cooking (no knives), sewing (no scissors), cleaning + given a ‘real education’ including etiquette (manners, respect & dress sense), studies in Math, English (reading & writing) & ‘true’ history. Then, and only then, they may learn something useful! It has been done before & should be done again, but that’s just my opinion, for what it’s worth! Oh, & NO access to the internet!!
