MORNING BRIEF ☕️: White House crypto adviser Patrick Witt says the administration is “fully committed” to passing the CLARITY Act in September. After multiple delays, the Senate has now scheduled a key procedural vote for September 15, with 60 votes required to move the bill forward. The House already passed the bill 294-134, but Senate negotiations remain unresolved on ethics rules, stablecoin rewards and DeFi/AML provisions.
