MORNING BRIEF ☕️: Stablecoin reserves on centralized exchanges have fallen 20% to ~$64B, down from nearly $80B in late 2025, according to CryptoQuant. Meanwhile, total stablecoin supply remains close to $301B, just 4.8% below its May peak, suggesting capital is moving beyond exchanges rather than leaving crypto altogether.
The remaining CEX liquidity is also becoming increasingly concentrated: Binance holds 68.5% of exchange stablecoin reserves, while its share of Q2 spot trading volume reached 38.7%. Less capital is sitting across exchanges, with more of the market's available liquidity concentrated on its largest venue. 💧
