HTX just landed on the EU's Russia sanctions list. Starting August 23, EU-based entities are barred from transacting with HTX. Seven other crypto platforms share the list — including EXMO, BitPapa, and Rapira — all flagged for alleged ties to Russia sanctions evasion.
