Is FISHBACK a Florida GOP PLANT? James Fishback sells himself as an anti-establishment outsider. DePriest was installed in an RPOF position through the same party structure led by RPOF Chairman Evan Power and then Interim Executive Director Bill Helmich, the very establishment voters are being told Fishback is fighting.
