Texas Three Percenters

One of the main differences between people lies in the awareness they have of their own shortcomings and abilities. An Arab proverb says that there are four categories of people. The first are so limited that they are not even capable of realizing they know nothing. Nothing can be done for them; they must simply be left as they are. The second category consists of those who know that they know nothing. They are sincere, full of goodwill, eager to improve themselves, and can therefore be taught. The third category includes those who do not know that they know. It is as though they were asleep, and they must be awakened. Finally, the fourth category comprises only a small number of people: those who know that they know.
