If you’ve been pardoned you can’t plead the 5th. The 5th is there specifically to prevent you from self incrimination. If you have a blanket pardon then you can not incriminate yourself therefor the 5th amendment in this case is null and void. No risk of self incrimination means that the 5th can not be invoked. Unless they are looking for a perjury charge from one of his hearings under oath that fall outside the pardon. .
