It doesnt recognise 'python' as a terminal command. It usually happens bc python hasn't been added to path environment.
If u wanna check if this is the problem try this in terminal (or cmd)
python --version
If u get the same error then I think this link would solve the problem.

I got each step upto number 4. But am a bit confused at number 5 (circled).
Number 4 instructs that i click on "edit" which i did, but number 5 instruct I shoul click on New. Does that mean i have to cancel the dialogue box for the edit option and click on new to add the python directories?
