Good but you are expected to use the syntax you have learnt to solve. And it is more simpler and easy if you did.

1. min is a special keyword in python, you could try to avoid using keywords that have special meanings..
2. If condition itself verifies the Boolean expression of the statement so no need to check like "if character== True"
