I see smart money and let me explain why:
Even with the current weekly fee generation, veTOPAZ already looks attractive to me.
But if volume grows, the flywheel gets much stronger.
More volume on Topaz means more fees.
More fees means more value flowing to veTOPAZ voters.
That makes veTOPAZ more attractive.
More demand for veTOPAZ means more TOPAZ gets bought and locked.
If the TOPAZ price rises, LP APRs become stronger.
Stronger APRs can attract more liquidity.
More liquidity means more volume.
And then the loop starts again.
That is why I think veTOPAZ is super undervalued here.

NickWe tried it many times and it’s almost always a net negative
That net negative is the typical issue with these influencers. Some price themselves out, and most only have a temporary p&d effect, which just makes no sense.
Only a few have a real impact, and we should bake in a long-term deal with them. Short-term deals don’t really make sense in a project like this.
But it’s no easy task 😀
