Why Do Some VU Members Earn Much More Than Others?
Recently, many members have asked me:
“Why do some people in the VU team earn thousands—or even hundreds of thousands of dollars a month—while I’m only making a few thousand?”
The difference between people is not only about money. It also comes down to mindset, methods, and action.
Some people only focus on how much money they personally have and try to do everything alone. Stronger members, however, understand how to build a team, develop people, and create greater opportunities through cooperation.
So, how do you build a strong team?
1. Start With People You Know and Trust
Communicate with people you are familiar with. Clearly and honestly explain the project, how participation works, and the potential risks.
Do not exaggerate or promise guaranteed returns.
2. Support New Members After They Join
Building a team is not simply adding someone to a group and leaving them there.
Be patient. Help new partners understand the rules, learn the methods, and solve practical problems they encounter.
3. Teach Others What You Have Learned
Share your experience and methods with your partners.
The goal is to help them develop the ability to communicate independently, support others, and guide new members themselves.
Only when a method can be continuously replicated can a team grow steadily.
4. Focus on Long-Term Accumulation
Make new connections every day, maintain relationships with existing partners, and continue sharing useful information.
Even small daily progress can become meaningful team strength over time.
Remember:
Inviting people is not the same as building a team. Helping your partners grow is what truly builds a team.
One person may move fast, but a strong team can move steadily—and go much farther.
