According to the data studied, the Bombardier Challenger took off from the city of Constanța in Romania and headed southeast, then flew over the Black Sea parallel to the Turkish coast towards Georgia, where it made a U-turn and returned to its route towards Romania. In the airspace of Romania, the aircraft flew over the Tulcea airport and returned to the skies over the Black Sea.
