1. Yes, node rewards will be earned as native PRD. When you want to move them to ERC-20 PRD, they will be subject to the lock. The process is not finalized yet
2. Yes, the PRD tokens earned from your nodes will be locked.
Also, any tokens from claims go to supporting the foundation as in-line with the decentralized governance vote.
