If you are going to buy and hold for long term but Truu and swap it to PRD and then hold it for many months and you will be happy with the upside. Are you aware that TRUU is going away around the end of calendar year? We are phasing it out and moving to PRD. Roy is correct there is an arbitrage opportunity but IMHO it is not worth the time and risk (others may disagree and you would be right) as the best return is buying TRUU and swap for PRD or buy PRD outright and hold it.
