We're hard at work to get it ready. The Perps product is highly complex and we still have some important components to finish. The goal is to bring out a Perps platform that is unrivaled in capabilities, without compromising security. It's a very tall order and has taken much longer than anticipated. Well, to be more precise, we had a basic internal testnet some time ago already but releasing an early testnet that is basic and "generic" just didn't make sense in the current market climate. So we're trying to finish the full vision as quickly as we can with the resources we have. We will release some details about the planned capabilities of the platform soon.
