__ZM ZEST CHADS__
ZM and happy Tuesday! First day of September, let's get into it. Today at 10am ET: the Stacks DeFi Show, link dropping shortly.

BTC is at $77,700, digesting last week's hawkish Jackson Hole tone from Fed Chair Warsh. Overnight, US-Iran tensions escalated again after the US struck Iranian rocket launchers and Iran retaliated near Jordan and the UAE, which is rattling risk assets broadly. Strategy's Saylor signaled a return to buying with a "We're Back" post.
Stacks side: STX sits at $0.2433. PoX-5 is live, Fireblocks and UTXO Management are onboarded, and the Genesis Bond, the first Bitcoin Protocol Bond on Stacks, launches this week. Lock BTC on L1, pair with STX, earn roughly 3% APY in BTC from Proof-of-Transfer miner bids, capped at 3,000 BTC for the bootstrap phase. The Zest Protocol, Stacks, and Bitflow incentive program starts September 19, paying 1 BTC a month to USDCx borrowers against sBTC and STX.
