China has been accused by the head of the US Govt of interfering with US elections, which is an act of war. Attempting to overthrow the govt is an act of war. Americans who are accused of conspiring with China will not be tried in US courts, but rather in military courts, where Federal Judges have no say. The entire operation would take place in the Executive Branch! 🌟🌟🌟 What people are not yet fully grasping is that, by brilliantly tying the whole domestic 2015-2026 anti-Trump effort to China, it re-frames it all as an Act of War - a foreign power trying to overthrow the govt. This has the advantage of moving prosecution of domestic conspirators out of the civil courts into the military courts. And all of a sudden, it is the MILITARY that is making the rulings.
