The current implementation of rich blocks makes their creation incredibly slow.
Blocks get processed the fastest in the telegram servers, but making the classes in aiogram slows the code way too much;
so my request is making InputRichBlock also accept a list of dict[str, str] in the blocks param, or a way to not use classes while defining blocks
(markdown and html works, but telegram has to parse either first)
