Refund & warranty will be processed only after a screenshot of the login issue is provided :)
REFUND FORMULA:
Purchase Price Γ Remaining Days Γ· Total Duration Γ Service Rate = Refund Amount
Duration:
β’ 1 Month = 25 Days
β’ 2 Months = 55 Days
β’ 3 Months = 85 Days
Example:
RM10 Γ 10 Γ· 25 Γ 0.7 = RM2.80
Service Rates:
β’ 0.7 = No previous warranty claim
β’ 0.6 = 1β2 claims
β’ 0.5 = 3 claims
β’ 0.4 = More than 4 claims
A small service charge applies to all refunds (OTP, processing, account handling, etc).
Notes:
β’ Refunds are not full and will always include deduction
β’ Longer usage = lower refund amount
β’ Kindly avoid comparing with other sellers as each service is different
β’ All refunds are based on fair usage policy
β’ Refund may not be accepted if details/proof are incomplete or if there is misuse
β’ Processing time: up to 24 hours after full information is received
