…and THIS is an example of why America is “sheriff”. In addition to the fact that Europe couldn’t be bothered to actually get oil for it’s own people by helping open the Strait of Hormuz.
If any other country was willing to throw its weight around, they could be too. Oh, right, China…
America isn’t consistent in “doing good”, no, or even in doing badly. But there also isn’t anyone else, so it’s not America’s fault others are not present and accounted for.
But we will see what happens in all of this.
You’re right that America has been acting as sheriff of the world, and we are tired of it and that’s why nationalism/partial isolationism under Trump has been gaining traction.
Since we pulled funding for the UN, that’s caused a stir under the actual globalists.
Pursuit of power and influence by itself is not globalism.
Globalism is the pursuit of one world government.
The globalists cannot create a one world government if somebody else has power and influence, and that is why America will fall.
I am sorry you do not see that.
