I believe the launcher may be dependent on the dated build. If you have debloated it, installing it from the apk probably won't work.

The launcher does much more than just the launcher on crdroid. It handles recents too i believe. So installing it from a different build may not end well...but i guess i will shut up now and let him figure it out himself. It may or may not work.

Its not on crdroid. You remove the launcher, you lose the recents screen too iirc. Ive seen others remove or replace it in here, and then want a fix when we don't support modification

UPDATE: Starting May 2025, Google has started enforcing new Play Integrity verdicts, which in simple terms, require a locked bootloader to pass device or higher. crDroid 12.0+ has incorporated a built-in keybox setting that allows you to pass integrity
As of now, you must find the keybox yourself. We will not provide it for you. There are many root module projects out there that tend to supply them as they come out
