I dida peer to peer , as a buyer. We ran into an issue. For some reason, my Bank, Chipper Cash, didn't fully detail my name for the seller to see, when I made the payment. So, upon receiving the payment, he opted to refund me. For 3 days now. I haven't received the refund. And, we have been battling in the appeal. My money locked up. Really frustrating.
