🔤🔤🔤🔤🔤🔤🔤 🔤🔤🔤 💬 Community Rules 💬 - No cracking (including discussion of such) - No racism/discrimination - No unauthorized advertising - No sexual or otherwise inappropriate content (NSFW) - Be polite, if someone doesn’t know any better, educate them - No illicit activities (including DDoSing, cracking, takeovers, doxing, and more) 🟢 Service Terms 🟢 - We are not responsible with how you use our services, this being said, we do block certain high risk sites on the solver (including PayPal and other financial institutions) - We do not share your data with anyone, it is all encrypted and secured on a server accessible only by myself - We collect your IP address to help recover a lost / compromised account, but only if you allow us (there will be an option upon registration) - We reserve the right to terminate any accounts we find to abuse our service by means of spamming register or login endpoints on our site - If any site feels CSolver is directly harming them, we will remove support for that site immediately upon request - We are not greedy, we do not accept bribes which result in any of our terms being broken - No LARPing -> This means you cannot be claiming something false, spreading misinformation and/or disinformation. This will result in a mute and if continued a ban from the server. The reason we are harsh on this is because it harms our members and leads to them believing someone has something they don't, this may result in a scam, we also do not need false info going around, especially if someone is trying to learn. - We use a 3 strike system, you do not get terminated upon your first offense, by the 2nd offense you will have your account frozen under a paywall, by third offense your account is terminated - These terms may / will be updated at my discretion without warning 💰 Payment & Refund Terms 💰 - We do not use any third party services to manage funds to protect all our consumers from potential breaches - We provide refunds only to those who have purchases the optional insurance plan which you can find out more in the insurance section of these terms. Even then, refunds are only provided in certain circumstances, these include: - Entire service being ceased meaning we are legally unable to continue serving any services, you do not get a refund if only a single service is ceased - Your account is lost meaning an error on our servers resulted in the loss of your credits, you will be given a refund in CSolver credits only - We shut down CSolver (separate from legal reasons) meaning the entire API is taken offline, please note you will still be given at least a 3 day notice before any action is taken to disable the CSolver servers. For a refund to be given, you must have proof of payment (transaction ID + chain/coin used), email used to register, verify via OTP, exact balance owned along with a timestamp of the date (cannot be older than 3 days). Once you have provided all of that to us, we will take it under advisement, verify it is legitimate an meets the requirements above, then we will issue a refund via the same network & coin you purchased with. 💰 Insurance Plan 💰 - We offer an insurance plan which covers you in full in case of any problems - You will be refunded completely as long as you follow the terms in the previous section Payments & Refunds - This costs $250 for 6 months of coverage. We will not honor any expired plans outside of a 3-day buffer period - You may purchase up to 12 months of coverage at a single time, this reuslts in a maximum of $500 spent & 12 months fully covered we do not offer anything more than that until at least 1/2 plans have expired (6 months). You may not purchase fewer than 3 months of coverage unless you have spoken with us & there is a legitimate reason for it.
