📍🙏 Please advise - how to send a complaint about TG-gift app?) Situation: Through @Tonnel_Network_bot - I bought 3 gifts and also made 1 bid on a gift (which was already outbid by someone) However, I only received 2 gifts: #101251 and #22464. I did not receive a refund of the bid bet for #37369 and gift #69013. To this I sent a message to @tonnel and @tonnel_chat for stars - with a description of problems. However, there has been no response, nor has the problem been resolved. Could you please advise me - how can I complain about the service?
