Looking for DRIVER RECRUITER 🚛 Job Responsibilities • Identify and launch new and innovative strategies and opportunities for driver engagement in the constantly changing and growing market •Research, Identify, and establish business relationships with recruiting sources in the local community, as well as manage relationships with recruiting vendors • Recommend, plan, and implement recruitment and retention strategies for the department. • Coordinate staffing capacity needs with the operations and safety department. • Manage the recruitment process and constantly maintain a pool of prospective candidates Ensure proper reporting and applicant tracking. Assist qualified candidates through hiring process and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted by the candidate • Support members of other departments as needed (Safety & Compliance Operations) Requirements: English - B2+, high speaking/writting skills📚 Remote Salary will be discussed
