Hello,
Since yesterday evening, I haven't been able to watch anything.
I already reported the problems I have been experiencing recently. I use an Amazon Fire Stick and EchoGram version 1.0.2 with a lifetime subscription.
Lately, whether I watch a movie or a TV series, the video freezes and keeps buffering indefinitely. Then, instead of resuming playback, it suddenly jumps to the end as if I had watched the entire movie or episode, even though I haven't.
I have to go back and start it again, but the same problem happens over and over.
Between last night and today, the situation has become much worse, to the point where I can't watch anything at all.
Could someone please help me resolve this issue? I would appreciate any assistance or advice on what I should do.
