It is become a Non Issue generally.
Ppl from those countries just could install any apps they want. EXCEPT, those global app developers add any checks them self. Like GPlay app check, Installed from GPlay check, etc. Btw, those checks isn't new. Some app devs already invent & use them years before Google make it famous. I recall 2 games (don't remember their name) I ever installed checking if they were installed from GPlay years ago.
