I said to him sometime ago, probability of race condition when he also use 3rd party Launcher. That Vivo OEM Launcher is trying to do its jobs but blocked and keep trying. Some Vivo devices set Vivo Launcher priority to far under -1. So it always win. I think other OEM might do that too. I don't know what he turned off-on with OEM Launcher it self. We know he also like to use something like App Ops setter. Probability again.
