Google generally will win for Global Ai war I think.
It base as Search Engine & Owning Web Crawler that could work 24/7 in real time already a huge win. Microsoft Bing can't do that, more focus to US and its Allies.
Only China could fight that. While Google can't crawl China, China can crawl China+Global.
