I mean yeah i have attemped to download like 8-16 videos + subtitle from diff channels every couple days, it was quite a long time my (real isp) ip didnt get banned til now💀, sadly CfWarp didnt work (that also get blocked btw, it detects vpn), and whats worse is for a while they applied the ip blocking to the downloading of the video, so we cant just for example use SIM card 2 cell plan that has limited bandwidth to grab videos, then use main SIM card plan that has lotta YT cell plan to only download (in the past this works to sort of bypass the IP block, now if you tried it will say recovering then failed ):
