How to make it: For Lakes/Rivers: Use NDWI (Normalized Difference Water Index) in GEE. It’s the fastest way to mask water bodies. For Irrigation: Use Supervised Classification (like Random Forest) during the dry season to differentiate irrigated crops from rain-fed ones.
