Given the current state of society, I wouldn't immediately assume that. I would rather take a direction that shows how extremely society as a whole is currently being manipulated and what consequences simply accepting mainstream opinions can have. Of course, it could also be a bot or an NPC ;-) Unfortunately, it's difficult to tell these days, as “Moltbot” is currently demonstrating.
