❗️OpenAI is developing a 'persistent' Al agent
OpenAI is testing a new “Persistent mode” for its AI agent Codex that could let it keep working until it is manually stopped.
The system includes “proactivity” feature, that allow the agent to create its own follow-up tasks, continue working across sessions, use past interactions and its knowledge of the user, and even message the user when needed.
This moves AI beyond “ask → answer” toward “goal → execute → reassess → continue.”
The feature is not broadly launched yet. But its broader research is focused on persistent, proactive intelligence and long-horizon AI agents that can work for much longer periods with less human prompting.

Nothing really changes when you leave a company.

People come and go, but the system stays the same. The position stays. The office stays. The corporation doesn’age but you do. Once you can’t keep up anymore, you’re replaced. That’s why more people are waking up and choosing a different approach: building systems instead of selling hours.
Smart investing and remote income opportunities give people options. They don’t replace life they give it back. They create balance. Freedom. The ability to earn while still having time to enjoy today, not just wait for retirement.
The middle class struggles not because they’re lazy but because costs keep rising, wages don’t, and many people are working two or three jobs and still barely getting ahead. Hard work alone isn’t enough anymore. Strategy matters.

OpenAI has officially announced it will end Cursor's access to its models after the platform's acquisition by SpaceX.
The company informed SpaceX that the contract allowing Cursor to use OpenAI’s technology will be terminated, citing a lack of confidence that SpaceX would comply with existing terms. The disconnection is scheduled for November 12, 2026, which is 76 days from the notice.
OpenAI stated that the developers relying on Cursor’s integration will be most affected and has committed to supporting them throughout the transition period.

Cursor’s leadership has responded to OpenAI’s announcement that it will block Cursor users from accessing OpenAI models within the next three months.
According to Cursor, OpenAI models account for approximately five percent of Cursor’s user traffic. Cursor representatives stated that they are currently in discussions with OpenAI to address the situation.
The company further noted that Cursor was among the early adopters of OpenAI’s technologies and had relied on OpenAI’s platform as neutral infrastructure for its business. Cursor claims that this decision by OpenAI challenges that expectation of neutrality.
