Price was too high for institutional investors. They are probably suppressing the price to buy in at a reduced rate before it end up going. If we know. They know. I haven't dug deep deep, but if this is proprietary and can be used to protect from current and future{up to quantum, God knows what's next after that) threats then it's kind of a no brainer. Proprietary eventually changes the game regardless. At some point it becomes a necessity. Even if Q day isn't here yet.

most institutional investors wont even buy in until $4 USD, investors would rather a stable price than a cheap one traditionally

Seeing this lows remind me of that CEO 2 year back who said nonsense and we were down like under a dollar. Hoping we ll rebound but it seems like someone is trying to shake retail out. Would love to see on other hand insiders buying. That would be good indication to hold
