I am working on a converter for NPU models that works on phone. No PC needed. The catch is that I have to make a one time template for model families. Currently I made a template with Dreamshaper. And I was able to convert Cyberrealistic model safetensor to .bin files in 2 minutes completely on phone and the model works. (512x512, text2img base model) Currently it converted only UNet , but i think other parts will also be easy. This was on QAIRT 2.49, but I can do it for 2.28 as well. If this works out well I think users can add Lora for NPU model with just their phones. And it doesnt take time to convert (under 3 mins on my phone)
