How do I get the logs from this phone when the kernel crashes and it won't boot (it hangs on the Mi logo for a few seconds, then reboots)?

I compiled the vanilla kernel without adding anything and it booted; now (with my adds) i have a bootloop and no kernel's log to see where is the probleme

So add it one by one u will see what is causing that

Now even the vanilla version is bootlooping.

The kernel really doesn't seem to be launching; do you think I should wipe everything and start over?

Do you know what I should check in my kernel to understand what's preventing it from booting? Right now, the process clearly stalls at the bootloader stage, and then the kernel crashes without launching—and I don't have logs from the previous boot attempt.

Nuke the clone, resync and rebuild.
