and that has ushered in the irreversible idiocracy. take pedo-trump's friend's lettuce fiasco. once upon a time, men knew that cutting greens with metal blades caused oxidation of the leaves. so other materials were used. but the idiot at that 'farm' decided a coated metal blade was good enough. well, it wasn't, and the coating quickly eroded, leaving the metal exposed to make contact with the leaves. the fast oxidation is the perfect breeding ground for nasties, regardless of the concentration of chlorine in the wash.
