When you just start at a new company, you have to meet your new colleagues. Your colleagues have to meet you. You have to read up on what's been documented. You have to adjust to a new environment. I guess, as a CEO, there's more than average of reading, meeting, and discussing to do.
That won't be done in a week. Or two weeks.
