No aggression here — just correcting misinformation in a community channel, which is my job as a mod.
To clarify the facts:
Prof Dawn Song is indeed a primary founder via Oasis Labs (2018). That's not in dispute.
As I already stated, Oasis Labs and Oasis Network/Foundation are separate entities. Labs was the initial research and development company. The Oasis Foundation is the independent entity that governs the protocol today. Labs becoming less publicly active does not mean the protocol is inactive.
The network is live, actively developed, and the foundation is operational. These are verifiable on-chain and via official channels — not subject to interpretation.
When you talk about "information reported by AI analysis system" and then "open source information" this is where I draw the line, as such sources are often not verified facts and thus carry real risk of spreading doubt based on guesswork in the community.
