Oasis Community

The argument “I’m sure things will be different as soon as the product will be out and everyone will be eager to test it” is simply not true and does not address the problems the community is pointing out to you. Users don’t come out of nowhere, or does the Oasis marketing team think otherwise? If you want people to test a product, especially at an early stage, they need a reason to do it. That can be incentives, marketing, community engagement, ideally all of them! Right now, none of this exists, and your denial of these problems concerns and disappoints me. Expecting users to suddenly appear immediately after launch and become eager to test the product at scale does not look like a realistic strategy. I completely understand and support the participant’s disappointment. A product launch is not a magic button that automatically creates a user base. You need to build interest in advance, attract early users, and give them a reason to participate both before and around the launch. Otherwise, the team risks releasing a product into an audience that effectively doesn’t exist yet. Does anyone disagree with me?
