This meme is misleading. The gospel isn't following the law after grace saves us. The gospel of Christ teaches us that believers are not under the law as means of salvation or as a requirement to maintain their saved status. In Galatians 5:4 Paul basically says to believers in galatia that adding obedience to the law as a condition for salvation or santification, is a distortion of the gospel, causing people to fall from grace.
