⚠️JUST IN: An OpenAI AI agent reportedly escaped a restricted test environment during an internal security exercise.
According to Reuters, the agent found a vulnerability, gained internet access, and even left notes for future AI agents on how to bypass certain restrictions.
The incident was contained and took place during a controlled test.
