设置了代理一定就会走代理，但是你的代理软件可能又给你直连而不是走vpn，像clash这种代理软件里也有路由规则设置，有些网站可能给你弄到直连里去了，而且即使走的vpn，服务器也可能网络不佳，导致你以为没有走代理。可以用用httpip.org验证一下地址即可验证代理设置是否成功
